TTNC required a bespoke product that would deliver Lead Gen, Fulfilment and Cost Efficiency to an out-of-hours service for their portfolio clients, already using TTNC’s range of communication products
By working with a 150-strong call centre, which serviced The Group’s core businesses, strategic planning was put in place to develop a 24/7 call centre service. Utilising the contract-hours of existing call centre personnel, we were able to develop an out-of-hours team who could receive the sales or lead calls from consumers
The call centre handles in excess of 400 out-of-hours calls per night. By October 2018, this had increased to 595 out-of-Hours calls. By Q2 of 2018, 32% of out-of-hours leads were converted into sales within 3 days.
